These terms are here to keep things clear and make sure we’re on the same page.

Payment & Booking

To lock in your project and reserve time in our schedule, we do ask for full payment upfront. Once that’s done, we’ll confirm your spot and let you know when to expect your first concepts.

Fonts & Typefaces

If we use special fonts in your project, we’ll share all the details on where to get them (whether free or paid). Because of licensing rules, we can’t send you fonts we’ve purchased ourselves, but we’ll make it easy for you to find them. The good news is, your logo will be supplied in vector format, which means you won’t actually need the font for regular use, only if you want to edit it later.

Projects on Pause

Sometimes life gets busy! If we don’t hear from you for 30 days or more, there’s a small reactivation fee to reopen the project. This just covers the time it takes to get files back in order and reset our workflow. We’ll always let you know what the current turnaround looks like once you’re ready to continue.

Ideas & Ownership

The drafts and sketches we create along the way belong to Design House Co, but once your final design is approved and delivered, the rights to that finished logo are all yours.
We love celebrating the work we create together, so we may share your project in our portfolio or on social media (unless you’d prefer to keep it private, just let us know at the start).

Trademarks & Name Checks

We’re designers, not lawyers, so while we’ll always do our best to make sure your logo is unique, we can’t provide trademark or legal advice. If you’d like to officially register your logo or double-check your business name, we recommend speaking with a legal professional before we begin.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you change your mind before we’ve started, we’ll happily refund you in full if requested.

If we’ve already shared concepts, refunds aren’t available, but we’ll work with you to get the design right.

Work that’s been completed can’t be refunded, but we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re completely happy with the end result.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your final design. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work with you until the design perfectly meets your expectations.

Final Files

We’ll supply your final logo in the colour variation you’ve chosen, ready to use across print and digital. If you’d like extra colourways, just let us know and we can add those in for a small fee.

We provide finalised files in Vector Format EPS, SVG & PDF ( crucial for high quality print ) and also JPEG & transparent PNG

File Storage

We keep a safe backup of your files for 6-12 months after your project wraps up. If you ever misplace them after that, we can usually retrieve them with a small setup fee.

A Note on Liability

We put our heart into creating original, thoughtful designs just for you. While we can’t accept legal responsibility for how designs are used after handover, we’ll always be here to guide you and answer any questions along the way.
